Our Refund Policy

1. Digital Careerology Deck & Guidebook ($44 CAD)

• Final Sale: Due to the nature of digital products, the digital deck and guidebook are non-refundable once the files have been downloaded or accessed.
• Support: If you experience any technical issues with your download or find a file error, please contact us immediately for a replacement file.

2. Physical Deck Upgrade ($11 CAD + Shipping)

• Damaged Items: If your physical deck arrives damaged during transit (e.g., crushed box or torn cards), please email a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. we will ship a replacement deck at no extra cost.
• Returns: We do not accept returns or "change of mind" refunds for the physical upgrade, as the digital portion of the bundle has already been fulfilled.
• Address Errors: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for decks shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If a deck is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

• If you cannot attend a scheduled session, you may rebook it with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.
