Our Refund Policy

1. Digital Careerology Deck & Guidebook ($44 CAD)

• Final Sale: Due to the nature of digital products, the digital deck and guidebook are non-refundable once the files have been downloaded or accessed.
• Support: If you experience any technical issues with your download or find a file error, please contact us immediately for a replacement file.

2. Physical Careerology Deck

• Damaged Items: If your physical deck arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement deck at no additional cost.
• Returns: We do not accept returns or "change of mind" refunds for the physical upgrade, as the digital portion of the bundle has already been fulfilled.
• Shipping Information: Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address due to incorrect information provided at checkout. If a deck is returned, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.

• If you cannot attend a scheduled session, you may rebook it with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.
