Hi, I’m Coralyn Fraser, career coach, recruiter, intuitive, and founder of
The Astrology of Work.
I chose the name The Astrology of Work because my work is focused on helping people better understand themselves in relation to their careers, including their strengths, patterns, and where they’re at. Astrology is one of several tools I use within a broader approach to reflection, coaching, and career clarity.
I guide job seekers and career changers to move out of survival mode and make confident, informed career decisions in a tough job market. I don’t just focus on job titles. I help people find work that aligns with who they are, including their values and what actually matters to them.
I have more than 15 years of experience in recruiting and over 10 years in career coaching, and I’ve supported more than 1,000 people through job searches, career pivots, and moments where they needed to realign and reset. I’m known for seeing patterns others miss, whether that’s in a resume, a career path, or how hiring decisions really get made, and helping people turn that clarity into practical next steps.
Besides strategy, I also bring intuition and reflective tools into my work. This helps clients better understand their strengths, values, and direction, especially when they feel stuck or unsure. My approach is designed to meet people where they are, both practically and personally.
My Story
I spent years working in the corporate world, helping people land roles they never thought were possible. Over time, I realized that real career success isn’t about chasing titles or timelines. It comes from knowing yourself and building from there.
After being laid off during COVID, I experienced what it means to start over. I questioned my direction, my worth, and what I actually wanted next. That experience changed how I see work, identity, and resilience, and it’s what ultimately led me to build this business.
Astrology became one of the tools that helped me reflect, regain direction, and reconnect with my strengths. Not as a shortcut, and not as something predictive, but as a way to understand patterns and timing. Today, it supports the real-world career strategy I offer to clients who want deeper alignment alongside tangible results.
